Surco Holdings is a real estate investment and development firm. We specialize in creating investment opportunities that produce above-market returns in CA, TX, and MI. We syndicate equity from both first-time and veteran accredited investors. Our unique ability to invest in short-term and long-term cash-flowing assets allows us to take advantage of significant deal flow in our target markets.
Surco Holdings focuses on providing investment opportunities to everyday investors that they would otherwise not have access to. Surco believes you don’t need to be in the real estate business to participate in great real estate opportunities and strives to be the conduit for everyday accredited investors to get involved in compelling real estate investments.
ADAM SURNOW
FOUNDER
Adam Surnow serves as Chief Executive Officer at Surco Holdings and leads strategy, finance and operations. Adam is a creative real estate professional with over 10 years of experience across all real estate sectors. Adam specializes in capital-raising services, deal acquisition and investor relations with management experience at the Surnow Company, Avenue Homes and Seligman Western Enterprises.
Prior to founding Surco Holdings, Mr. Surnow served as Founder and Managing Partner at ARS Management, a real estate firm focused on acquiring long term investment properties and developing single family homes in Los Angeles and Houston, TX. At ARS, he was responsible for JV business development, investor relations and all capital-raising efforts.
From 2008 through 2011, Adam oversaw the day-to-day operations, management, budgeting, and capital expenditures for a $500M multi-tenant industrial/office portfolio in Orange County and negotiated $50M in leasing revenue.
Mr. Surnow holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication from Michigan State University.
